About Jennifer
Thank you for looking in! I have been a
REALTOR and Owner/Broker in the Northern Utah area for 8
years. I raised my children here and am a staunch advocate for
others discovering the massive beauty of this spectacular place!
As a professional Real Estate Broker, I consult with all
residential sales in all price ranges. I specialize in relocation,
military moves (Hill Air Force Base), corporate relocations, short sales, bank-owned's
(REO's) and family estates. Now that my children are grown, I find
that I am extra protective of my clients who often refer to me as
their "tough mama bear!"

I've recently added "Cancer Survivor" to my list of
accomplishments (Summer 2008). I have been in real estate
for over 8 years and
have assisted hundreds of clients through the difficult journey of
buying and selling homes. Two summers ago, many of my
clients were there for me as I fought (and won!) a battle with
cancer. These precious relationships that I make in my daily
work are the reason why I am a real estate Broker today. I look
forward to getting to know you as well as we navigate the real
estate maze together.
I am
now in school and working towards my PhD in Metropolitan and Urban
planning.
I believe that the more
knowledgeable I am, the better I can serve my clients' needs and
goals. Towards that end, I also have both the GRI and CRS
designations. Beyond my degree, I take in an abundance of real
estate education yearly, and require my agents to
do the same. Our expectations for ourselves are as high as
yours.
A
majority of my clients are relocating
and therefore we have met through this website. I also work a high number of
REALTOR referrals. I specialize in residential home purchases and
sales, Hill Air Force Base relocations, high-end
homes, bungalows, and all northern Utah land purchases. I am an
expert Internet Marketer as you can see when you look at my

have the most comprehensive sales plan in the north end of the
state. It is packed with technology, knowledge of the market, and
experience. I believe these factors are great contributors to my

sell real estate in gorgeous Utah. I always love feedback, both
