Hello! I have very much have
enjoyed my 6 years in real estate. Since retiring from teaching at
Weber State University, and from my business as an Infrastructure
Protection Expert, I have found much fun and success in the people
that I serve, many of whom I am lucky to count as wonderful new
friends.
I focus primarily on residential
sales, although I am currently studying for my ALC Designation.
(Accredited Land Consultant). Very few REALTORS have this
complicated designation which teaches the fine points of land
parcel purchases and sales. This past year I received both my CRS
and GRI designations as well. I believe that the more
knowledgeable I am, the better I can serve my clients' needs and
goals.
Most of my clients are relocating
and we have met through this website. I also work a high number of
REALTOR referrals. I specialize in residential home purchases and
sales, Hill Air Force Base relocations, high-end
homes, bungalows, and all northern Utah land purchases. I am an
expert Internet Marketer as you can see when you look at my
30-point Marketing Plan. I believe I
have the most comprehensive sales plan in the north end of the
state. It is packed with technology, knowledge of the market, and
experience. I believe these factors are great contributors to my
ability to sell a house quickly and for more money. Check

My goal in designing this website
is to be as useful as possible to those who are looking to buy and
sell real estate in gorgeous Utah. I always love feedback, both
about what you like and what areas need improvement. I am
excited to have added a "Real Estate Blog" in early 2007, as well
as a "Family Photo Album" showcasing many of my truly good clients
and friends as we journey through the exciting world of real
estate together.
